As mentioned above, ex-HLHZ guys who opened their own shop. Haven't really made a huge splash yet, Jefferies is ahead of them on the league tables for 1H2013 with only two deals announced, and (obviously) they are too young to have a global footprint.
Not hiring aggressively at the junior levels (at any, really) for the simple reason that dealflow needs to pick up before they are willing to add analyst salaries to the overhead they're already carrying.
