IBQuestion is right. The weather from June (and even mid/late may) to September is great and even the winters aren't that bad. If you are working downtown (which I'm assuming you are) you may not have to go outside for days at a time if you don't want to. Personally, I'd still rather get out, but its not necessary to get to and from work
