MM/in between to BB analyst lateral
Curious to hear if anyone has had experiences lateraling from a MM/in between(Wells, RBC, etc) to BB as Analyst 1 to Analyst 2 or from Summer Analyst to Analyst 1 and how the process went. Interested in learning about how to approach this if I potentially become interested when the time comes.
