Does anyone know if this is for FT 2022 or lateral? Also, if I've networked with people at the company/office, can I put that I was referred to the job posting by that person? Or should I put other when applying and then reach out to my network separately.

“Overall, gave me great insights. Was very easy to understand and gave me clear takeaways that I could use to improve my "Tell me about yourself" and 7 stories questions. Also very kind and very sociable. Very easy to talk to, but the ease of scheduling was quite difficult. I had to schedule 6 days in advance. Nothing else was free until that specific time, so it was quite difficult to get that arranged. That just means I have to be more organised with when I book the sessions with him. ”
