Highly considering a switch out of securitization (2yr associate), unsure if a move to IB is feasible? I would not be opposed to downgrade taking an analyst title if it paid +175k. Seeing a pickup in hiring for bankers (for obvious reasons with bonus season), so any advice on making the jump is appreciated.
