MS Menlo Gives out Terrible Bonus This Year
Heard bonus is brutal for non top bucket this year and some $0 bonuses were given out. Crazy number considering the deal flow / fees this group generates and way worse hours compared to other groups in MS. Might as well jump to Q or even other banks as this point when juniors are so underpaid for the amount of work they did. They can prob clip way more $ at any other place tbh.
Also curious about the group in general since it is historically regarded as the top group in MS. Thanks in advance!
