MS Vs CS

I am fortunate to have offers from both MS and CS for SA position (IBD Tech group in both). Any suggestions on which one is better would be highly appreciated.

The offer for MS is for SFO, while for CS is for NYC.

Also, any comments regarding the conversion. I have heard that CS is much better when it comes to conversion from SA to full time.

Thanks

Keep in mind you'll be in Menlo Park, not SF. Menlo is infinitely more boring and suburban than SF. Analysts at MS Menlo typically don't care, but your lifestyle/location might be more of a factor for an associate position.
