Msc in Finance or job offer at midsize Asset management firm (4-7 Bn AUMs)

Hi,

I am currently facing a dilemma. I have two options: a solid Msc program in Finance or an offer at a Midsized Asset Management company with nearly 5Bn AUMs. I can’t figure out which one of these options is better for my career. On the one hand, an MSc can open a lot of doors, but on the other hand, job offers in this climate are limited and I am having a sort of FOMO on this position ( I know it is not a major AM firm or bulge bracket bank, but I still feel like it could be constructive for my career).

Does anyone have an opinion on that matter?

Thanks
