Name issue on background check forms

Hi all,

TLDR: First name and last name carried over to legal name fields in background check forms. Legal name also has errors so I'm considering leaving it to my first and last name.

I'm in a bit of a tricky situation regarding my background check forms. The first is that my first and last name carried over from the program application and has been saved into the legal name field of the legal forms. Particularly, the background investigation form has only my first and last name instead of my hyphenated first name and middle name. While I'm sure that this isn't an issue for the non-legal forms, I am getting concerned that it will be carried over to the I9 and emergency contact form.

Second, my full name creates legal issues. When my birth certificate was created someone made a mistake with the hyphenated part of my first name and middle name. Because of this, I normally use my first and last name.

I also can't edit previous forms since they have been signed. I'm not sure what to do. Does someone have any advice going forward?
