Need advice: changing groups after SA
Two weeks into my summer analyst stint at a BB I am starting to realize the coverage group I am in is not for me. From what I have gathered from analysts the learning opportunities are limited and most people are trying to leave. How should I position myself to receive a return offer and then try to switch to a different group within the same bank?
