Need help deciding what colleges to apply too

Hi, after going through various posts, I am applying to most of the target schools for IB. However, due to finances, would Kelley be fine to go into if it is the cheapest option for me? I am looking into companies like UBS to one day work at.

I am also applying to Georgetown UMich UVA UIUC UPenn UNC UChicago Notre Dame WashU Northwestern

I think I have a good shot at getting in to these schools but I am primarily worried about how much it will cost. From what I have seen, Kelly has mixed reviews so I was wondering if anyone can clarity whether it would still be a good school to apply to.

My dad works for UBS(not in financial though) so I have been always wanted to work there. I really want to get a job that has me deal with international finance. I originally wanted to go into International relations but business seemed more lucrative. I still want to combine my love of foreign policy still.
