Need some advice on return offer situation
Currently interning at a small boutique, and am unsure whether or not I will be extended a return offer at the end of my stint. I’ve definitely been performing well, and have gone out of my way to meet and do assignments for as many bankers as I can, but am worried they will be unable to onboard another analyst with the ongoing pandemic.
I guess the worry comes from the uncertainty of FT 2021 recruiting, and was thinking of offering to do more remote internship work after my internship ends, maybe even into the fall. Is there more I can do to make sure I lock down this offer? I don’t want to be stranded for the seemingly scaled back FT recruiting and be jobless after graduation. Thanks for the help in advance!
