Need to know ASAP - Question on Sign on bonus for 2nd yr Associate
Just received a job offer from bulge bracket IB in NY.. Any idea on what the sign on bonus (if any?) should be for a 2nd yr Associate?
4 yrs of corp finance and 2 yrs of IB = making a total of 6. They are not offering any sign on, instead offering to pay a full years bonus for 2010 next year. Does this seem fishy? this is UBS.
It seems though that money isnt the only factor in your decision, so you should take it anyways.
