honestly just rly curious how rich my friend's parents are, he is not very showy and hes very humble.
mom - 15 year MD (bofa, ms, etc), based in china, dont think ibd or s&t but prob middle office or front office if i had to guess
dad - (according to friend his dad is much much wealthier) currently owns a hedge fund in HK. know literally nothing about the hf other than bx/kkr/apollo invested 150mm into it like 10 years ago. he was the head of prop trading at an investment manager before he started his own fund.
