Networking for full-time after application opens
Interned at a MM and got the return, nothing bad to say about the team but just want to recruit FT for better exit opps/experience. I've obviously been checking with my warm contacts to see if their group is hiring but other than that have just been applying to open apps and then reaching out to people on the team but responses have been abysmal. Is it even worth networking after the app goes live for FT or do they kind of already have a shortlist by then?
