New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) Professional Certificates on Resume
Sophomore at a target (mid Ivy), did not join pipeline finance clubs. Completed three NYIF Professional Certificates on edX (free via Verizon Skill Forward program): "Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)," "Capital Markets," and "Corporate Finance and Valuation Methods."
Plan to use these to show finance interest. Considering listing under Skills & Interests:
- Skills: (one line)
- Credentials: NYIF [Name 1] Professional Certificate, NYIF [Name 2] Professional Certificate, NYIF [Name 3] Professional Certificate, Bloomberg Market Concepts Certificate (two lines)
- Interests: (one line)
Questions:
- Better way to list these certificates effectively?
- Should they better go under Education or Skills & Interests?
- Still include one-line "Relevant Coursework" under Education, or would it be redundant?
Thank you!

Bump
1) don’t be repetitive, so list like “NYIF [Name 1-3] Professional Certificates” and get down to one line if possible (abbreviate where possible)
2) I’d go under skills and interests but personal preference imo
3) still include some classes under Relevant Coursework, but if you’re tight on space that can be the first to go
