Hi, I'm a summer analyst at a BB this summer in the RE group in NYC. Mostly mezzanine finance. I'm getting same comp as every other summer (65k pro-rated). I was wondering for full-timers how much the discount is on bonuses over IBD. I've been told by the other summers in my group 10-20% discount. Can anyone confirm this? Not an easy question to ask FT analyst.
