nontarget monkey trying to figure his life out

Hey all,

So I am a junior at Rutgers University, currently have a 3.4 GPA. Worked at a boutique IB during my sophomore year summer and at a F50 in Finance (think GE, JNJ, VZ) during my Freshmen year summer. Anyone have any tips on getting a Investment Banking internship next summer?, unfortunately since my GPA is on the lower side, its tough to get OCR interviews with the few firms that do recruit on campus for FO roles. Do you think networking and my work experience can make up for my GPA, seems like everyone who gets IB offers has a 3.8-3.9. Thanks for reading and for the advice!
