Normalized bonus size
We saw some very nice bonuses during Covid-19 where many banks handed out +100% bonuses. Now we're seeing the opposite of that, with rumours of some banks only handing out 20-30% bonuses.
What would a normalized bonus range be for a mid-bucket analyst / associate? Curious to hear from people with longer experience that have been around long enough to have a view.
Top Bucket: $25 Chuck E Cheese Gift Card + Keeps Job
Middle Bucket: $0 + Keeps Job
Bottom Bucket: $0 + Fired
I hope you like donuts OP.
Most people will fall into this category:
50-100% for analysts
50-100% for associates
Is this true for BB? Heard a top bucket bonus for a 1st year was around 95k.
Which falls in that range…
Hope top bucket second years get 75%+…. target school loans and NYC cost of living are a bitch.
What do MS bonuses typically look like?
not good, incoming MS monkey………..
