Not Sure What to Do with SA '25 Recruiting, or Recruiting At All

Hello, I want to keep this brief. I recruited for SA '25 and landed a few first rounds at solid banks, leading to one superday but no offers. Despite extensive networking and building connections (from a non-target school), I haven't secured a position. Currently, I'm at a boutique growth equity shop for the summer, but I still aim to get into banking. I want to continue networking, but I am unsure how to proceed. Previously, I had a clear timeline for recruiting (February to May 2024), but now I need guidance on what to focus on during networking calls. Should I wait for full-time recruiting? If so, does this mean I have to wait nearly a year before starting to network again? I don't prefer this route and don't want to extend my graduation unless necessary. If anyone has advice / experience on networking after just missing a SA IB cycle (in my case missing the SA '25 IB cycle), I'd appreciate it. I've heard of off-cycle internships but am unsure how to approach networking calls now that I've missed on-cycle recruiting. I'm concerned most people will say "we're full" when I inquire about banking opportunities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I mean why would the bank care? You’re graduating a semester late for whatever reason, whether you add on a minor or you just spread out your classes. Plenty of people do that, it’s not illegal
