Off-Cycle Recruiting
Some context I've had an IB gig at an upper MM bank after my freshmen year, and an externship at a law firm after my sophomore year. Now I'm hoping for a full internship at a bank in NYC for my junior summer in a corporate role, but really wanna get back into IB after I struck out this past recruiting cycle.
If anyone has anything about how off-cycle recruiting works or how I might be able to lateral into IB I would really appreciate. Can I do an internship after I graduate that might lead to a fulltime role. Should I have coffee chats and ask about how to lateral in. Any thoughts on next steps would be really appreciated and helpful. Thank y'all very much.
You need to either look for FT roles, since you missed the recruiting cycle or look for an msf program to put you back into recruiting for SA roles
