Offer Decision: Wells Fargo vs. BNP Paribas

Hello!

I currently received a 2025 summer offer from Wells Fargo IB in NYC with no group placement (happening later) and one from BNP Paribas Leveraged Finance in NYC. Which one would be a better option in terms of exit and BB lateral opportunities

Background: GPA: 3.8, from a top 30 non-target, has a sophomore investment banking internship

If Wells Fargo would be a better choice, which group would you recommend?

I would greatly appreciate any insights! Thank you very much!

I’d go with WF. Just try to get into a good group. Not sure which are their top groups.
