Okay to delay start date by around 2 weeks as a lateral hire?

Received a lateral offer for an analyst position from a big bank several weeks ago and recently completed all the background checks and onboarding processes. HR reached out recently to ask if I was okay starting in around 2 weeks which I replied yes. However, I realize that it is likely that I might need some additional time given my current apartment lease situation (have to move cities for the job).

Do you guys think that the bank will be okay with me postponing my start date by an additional 2 weeks or do you think that this could be risky and get my offer rescinded?

Thanks!
