On Campus Recruiting is Paradise

Hi. I am a sophomore at a low semi/non-target and we have one or two shitty banks come to campus and hire some students same-day. The process of OCR (On-Campus Recruiting) simply does not exist in our world. However, by going to some events and learning about targets ivy recruiting, I learned about what the dream (target/pipeline recruiting) is like and would just want insight into what types of firms directly hire students at Targets and what that process is actually like. What firms? EB, BB, MM, etc. What is the process like? Thanks all.
