One thing you could not tolerate at work?

Yesterday I was asked this question by an interviewer and answered that, in my opinion, being part of a team with internal conflicts would be hard to tolerate. Not very original, I know. (And I would probably accept much worse stuff tbh, if I was offered an IB internship)

I mentioned this question to a banker and he told me he still reminds clearly his first internship because of his boss who disrespected him every now and then, and wouldn't tolerate such a boss again.

What about you, monkeys? What is the one thing that you couldn't really tolerate at your firm?
