Only get staffed on pitches
current 1st year analyst... all I get staffed on is pitches and market sector update decks. How much does the quality of your staffings affect your bonus?

On my team I can't imagine it does. For 1st year analyst the staffing is pretty much random and you guys dont hve control over it anyway

Wouldn't worry too much. Especially if your staffing is more "accounts-based" and if BD work translates to you being on a deal if/when it turns live
