For a FT 2024 role. Base salary is not bad ~100k but I’m wondering if anyone had any insight into the WLB and exit ops of a position like this. It’s a rotational program that covers strategy, IR, biz dev, etc at a T2 quant fund. Comparing this with an opportunity in IB. Any info is appreciated!
