Other Options

Noob alert (sorry)

Just wondering, with an honours economics degree from Canadian target (note recruiters only come to finance kids not econ), if I am not lucky enough to get into IB, am I correct to assume that I can basically try to get into anything in finance (Assuming a ~3 cGPA and a {hopefully} > 3.5 econ GPA).

And if stuff doesnt work out, options are: 1. CFA --> equity research OR 2. MBA finance / MSF -->IB, VC, corp finance (worst case scenario)
