Pay Bumps?
Does anyone know about recent salary increases that are happening and want to share if any other firms have also increased? For example, I know that PJT just got bumped up to 125 base, and I heard rumors about Barclays getting bumped up to 125 base but unsure about Barclays?
Have heard nothing about this and would be very surprised if Barclays was a leader in this. Prob fake news.
PJT is also at $250k for AS1,2,3 so they arnt the example to use
I work at Barclays, trust me there is no base bump anytime soon
no base bumps. most common occurence is a base reduction (to 0)
