Anyone done this and can give some advice? I'm interested in exploring the move if it's possible and realistic. I remember reading a forum saying Secondaries fund hiring practices are super firm specific and generally will interview candidates with slightly more untraditional backgrounds. What should I practice for these roles beyond what the SA will teach? What does the timeline for FT 2025 look like as well?
