PE Recruiting - Top ten PE
I'll be starting as a first-year this summer in a FIG group at one of the top BBs (GS or MS). My goal is to crack one of the top ten PE shops after my two year analyst stint. Is this particularly hard to do coming from a FIG group, even if it is at a "name brand" bank? What's the best way to go about positioning myself for the PE recruiting process?
