What is the policy at BBs for cell phones/Blackberries for their analysts? Is your phone provided by the bank? Do they give you a separate work phone? Do they just reimburse you for your personal phone? No phone/reimbursement provided at all?

I think every bank gives you a BB, generally with a minute and data plan for FT, strictly data for SAs. I don't know of any banks that reimburse employees for personal phone use.
Blackberry with only data. I believe they have a voice option for personal use, but nobody uses it. People have a personal bb or iphone. Reimbursement only for work related international charges, etc.

I'm pretty certain all of them do. I don't think you guys understand, its more of a burden than a benefit. it's simply a way to keep you tethered to work 24/7. As a summer doubly so. I've seen people specifically not receive offers for being out of pocket for a day.

most banks and for that matter big companies get discounts at sprint/verizon through employee discounts for personal use
I think only IB (maybe also ER?) summers get the dog chain..I mean BlackBerry. S&T kids probably never do.
