Really dislike my group and having an awful experience. Plan would be to change groups at the 1 year mark, how realistic is that?
I don't want to tell HR I'll quit if I'm not switched and then be left jobless if I don't end up switched. Should I have something else lined up? Is it likely they will switch me?
I have done no PE prep and am not sure how many options in PE there are after one year. What are my options?
