I would expect that they go through all calls, as all calls are recorded. Next time, assume your boss is standing over your shoulder or the SEC whenever you say anything on the phone -- whether it be work or personal. Sorry to hear that though, I am sure everything will be fine. If you are confronted about it, show remorse (or at least feign it) and explain yourself professionally and respectfully but don't be emotional and lose your cool.
