Please Help - Exit opps

I've been a longtime reader and would like to get some advice on 2 different career options that I have on the table: 1. Investment banking analyst (most likely in the real estate group) 2. Structured Finance/Securitization

I would like to get opinions on which position would give me a better analyst experience and lead to better exit opportunities. Both position are at similar "level" banks in terms of prestige, etc.
