Barclays is good probs their best group
Are they the best P&U group?
Asking the absolute best is always a tricky questions tbh when ranking groups at banks. They are definitely Top Tier though along with whoever else would be in the conversation of "the best P&U"
no - barclays hasn't had a solid power group for at least 3 years
they've lost a ton of senior talent and the bank is a mess
Most groups for P&U tend to be good at one - power (renewables mostly now) or utilities - not both
