PPT Color Schemes

Guys, I'm sick of our color scheme for our PPT decks (pitches, discussion materials, etc.). It was created to coincide with our firm's logo, but our group is trying to find a new format.

What are some good color schemes that you have come across? Obviously I am not looking for "shit brown", 90's neon, or the standard blue/white/black shit I see in many pitchbooks.

Just trying to find something different.

Thanks in advance.

I'm a big fan of the plum, dark red, red, with some dark blue color schemes. Those are the actual names in powerpoint FYI for making it in themes.

I'll just list out the theme all the way through.

Text Dark 1 = Black Text Light 1 = White Text Dark 2 = Red Text Light 2 = White Accent 1 = Dark Red Accent 2 = Gray -50% Accent 3 = Dark Blue Accent 4 = Gray -25% Accent 5 = Navy Accent 6 = Plum

Sometimes you might have to tweak something individually if it overlays anything but usually it works out pretty good. You can consider switching the navy with a baby blue too, i think its like accent 3 60% lightness

Thanks man, appreciate it. Have a SB.

dark dark grey for text looks nice, IMO. dark maroons/oranges/blue/green (or whatever your firm's colors are) usually work. Limit shadowing, as I think it looks crappy. Don't get too crazy with fonts. keep it simple.

Don't make the title and footer huge, as they will take away from the space on the slide.

I have been playing around with different gray shades. I actually prefer the light or medium gray with these darks.
