Pre-MBA IB Programs
Anyone know what banks might still be holding programs for students entering the first year in their MBA? I had heard many banks hold programs before the start of the first year that allows some people to get ahead on recruiting and networking well before any banks start campus visits.
Almost every bank will have them, but they are always exclusively for Under Represented Minorities. The top ones I think are GS, Harris Williams, Barclays, and Baird
Do you know if they have application deadlines?
GS put theres up I know. deadlines are likely soon.
Reach out to your school’s career center and/or finance club. They’ll have info on all of these events. In past years, JPM / GS / CS / EVR have had programs that include interviews and early offers. Not sure if the COVID situation has changed those plans.
