Process Buy Side M&A

Hi, I'd like to have a fairly structured and concise answer for presenting a buy-side process at an interview.

Could you tell me if this sounds ok to you or pretty bad pls ?

    • Contact with the company, if interested, receipt of an IM
    • Valuation of the company
    • NBO
  • If selected, due deal
    • Access to data room
    • Meeting with management
    • Q&A
