Project Finance - Considering a finance position at RBC

Hi Guys,

A bunch of questions related to a project finance position I'm considering at RBC in Canada:

While it's advertised as an "Investment Banking Analyst" position - is there any risk that project finance work is a second-class role or CLM? While I know what Project finance is about, I'm not sure how it fits in the IB pecking order.

The team is small and would likely have good exposure to deals. What is the mobility after a 2-3 year stint in this role?

Lastly - does anyone know how project finance bonus structure differs (if at all) from the less specialized IB roles?

Thanks
