Project Finance Exits

Been working just under 1.5 years at a PF firm and looking for potential exit ops. On one hand I’ve gotten so burnt out and bogged down by terrible culture that I want to quit the industry all together and move to something like S&T (I feel like my personal strengths align well with a more client facing/ sales job). But I also don’t want to have all the hard skills I’ve learned over the past 18 months go to waste. Current comp is pretty awful (~100 base in NYC) and my bonus comes up end of year at which point I’m hoping to have an exit lined up.

What are the best exit ops where I’m not working 100+ hours a week or if I am at the best least I’m getting decent $ for it?
