PubFin at BB vs. Peter J. Solomon

I have a full-time offer at a top BB in their Public finance group but received an interview with PJSC. Entered public finance without thinking about straight investment banking, but now considering going to PE as an exit opp. I'm at a target school and am looking at other opportunities but am leaning toward going back to the PubFin team... thoughts? Is it worth it to consider PJSC and would I be better positioned for PE?
