Is this for RBC?
Had a phone screen last week for a MM in a regional office. Haven't heard back yet.
Started with me being able to ask questions, generally getting to know my interviewer's background and the role's responsibilities. General "walk me through your resume and the skills you have gained from your experiences" questions. Why pubfin, why this firm, etc. Was told the call would take 15-20 minutes... ended up taking 40 minutes haha. No technical q's, just had to have a basic grasp of what pubfin bankers do.

Behaviorals are fairly similar, gotta have a good answer for Why Public Finance. In terms of technicals, basic bond pricing questions, understanding from a high level the different types of municipal bonds, what makes tax-exempt securities special, etc.
