Great comp, great culture ($35 dinner stipend, no facetime culture, super chill snrs), deal flow may be not as good as competitors but they still work on solid stuff. fwiw a lot of people there have a long tenure if you want to build a career there.

ull work hard, but like every place they fluctuate greatly. deal size mostly 200-500, they'll get a bn deal here and there.

What do you mean solid stuff? Never seen PWP on any major deals and they aren't in any conversation in tech banking
