This is really all you need to know:
Tier 1) Top tier, Top preftige, God's gift to man: Goldman Sachs, Evercore, Morgan Stanley, RBC, JPMorgan, Centerview
Tier 2) still absolutely incredible to work for any if these firms: Citi, Bank of America, Barclays, UBS, or just any bank not in Tier 3
Tier 3) McDonalds unpaid internship is greater than this tier: Tobin & Co
2 of these firms are in the wrong tier. RBC and UBS should be tier 0 above all, only 4.0 Harvard and Wharton kids get hired there.
