Thanks for your time. You don’t see much out there on Activist Investing so much appreciated.

Really interested in the topic so excuse me for all the questions.

Can you talk through the whole journey of your investment. Starting at when you begin the research process all the way through to the trader making the trade. How long does the typical journey take?

How often is there a proxy fight? Do you usually take a seat on the board if you’re investing?

Bonus: what are some of the more dirtier tactics that you’ve seen people deploy to get their way?

 

Comp VS MF / UMM PE? Do you run a sleeve like a L/S shop or is it fairly rigid like PE?
