Any information on full time and SA recruiting practices? Also interested in recent numbers in terms of salaries and benefits for SA and full time. Really just any advice on the firm in terms of recruiting, comp, and interviewing would be great.
Compensation is some of the highest on the street (Over $200k all in). Interview process is extremely extremely long and technical, have a solid reason for why tech, which verticals of tech you're interested in, and companies/acquisition targets within that space.
Q is actually insane. Analyst comp is around 200k, associate around 500-600k, VP around 900k, and MD is 1m+ easily.
Lmao associates aren’t getting $500k and VPs aren’t pulling 900k (have a friend there)
What's Associate and VP comp then? Is WSO salary incorrect?
