Question about IB pathway

Looking to get some insight regarding a potential pathway/ what are my odds wth applying to  boutique M&A firms.

Background:

26 years old, Graduated University of Western Ontario in 2023 with a Specialization in Biology ( 3.7/3.9 GPA Last 2 Years). Currently pursuing a diploma in Accounting  at McMasters University(3.7 GPA currently). Originally, wanted to get the credits for entering CPA PEP Ontario. However, I am leaning towards staying in Europe. During my studies I worked for business development for a Taxi Company in Gstaad, Switzerland( 1 year 8 months), which allowed me to balance work and studies. I am able to get Romanian Citizenship, but the process would take around 1/2 years. I currently have Canadian Citizenship.

Ideally, I would like to target firms focused on healthcare M&A, however, I am ware regarding the competitive nature of the industry and am open to any sectors.

Is there a way to structure my approach to be able to enter IB. Open to any suggestions.
