Questions to ask your manager in performance review
I have my end of year performance review coming up with my line manager.
I come from a small boutique and he is the co-head of IB so I do not work directly with him and I never see or speak to him other than during performance reviews.
I have 45 minute slot where the first 15 minutes he will be going through all the feedback around my performance that he’s received and the remaining 30 minutes would be a chance for me to ask him questions or raise any issues / topics I’d like to discuss surrounding myself.
I feel that’s quite a long time and I’m not sure what questions I could ask him other than ‘am I on track for associate? What bonus/performance grade have I been allocated to’
Would appreciate any suggestions, thanks
