quitting after bonus, only did 1 year, nothing lined up, am i screwed
never been more miserable in banking. quitting in 2 weeks with nothing lined up. will use my (low) bonus to keep me afloat interms of rent. Is this fine to do?
No interest in PE / HF at all. I know those are way more strict on doing 2 years.
Well it's not a perfect idea but your health comes first always.
In the short term pretty much yes, in the long term you will be fine. In this market don't quit without something lined up, esp this early in your career
Just half ass the next few months while looking for something and then quit. I'd strongly advise not to quit with nothing lined up. Go to therapy, ask HR for a few weeks due to mental health, etc.
I would not pay rent in this shitty market, is it possible to move back with your parents?
Been highly considering doing the same …
Half ass for a few months and get fired so you can get an extra 4-6 weeks severance lol
